Chief Technical Officer
EZ Turn was born and developed by, former NFL player, Chase Minnifield. Chase used the same hard work, dedication, and integrity that propelled him into the pros to build a reputable, 200+ employee, multifaceted labor company. That company has been servicing Student Housing properties from his hometown of Lexington, KY to the east coast for several turn seasons. As a seasoned Student Housing Vendor, Chase started seeking out apps to see if there were any on the market that could assist in the communication and time crunch issues that are often associated with the complex and one of a kind “Student Housing Turn”. After not finding a product that offered that he set out on a journey to create one.
On this journey Chase knew he needed some help with perspective from the property side and that’s when he enlisted the help of fellow local Lexingtonian, Lincoln Ogata. Lincoln is a 10 year veteran Of the United States Navy as well as a 10 year Student Housing veteran. He has held every position from Maintenance Technician to Maintenance Manager to interim Maintenance Regional Manager to Property Manager to Assistant Director Of Facilities of over a Million square feet of property and over 4000 beds on University of Kentucky’s campus. While Lincoln served in these positions he was always the “go to” when it came to turns. Even at his peak of responsibilities where he was planning, budgeting, organizing and executing a turn for 4000 beds. Together they developed, built, and tweaked Ez Turn into what it is today an easy to use streamlined turn tool that boosts efficiency, saves money, documents turn (to use for future turn planning/budgeting) and provides communication along with transparency from the site to the corporate offices.
